Hi,

I saw that we can't expect to have any EclipseUML free edition before september, because omondo team have too much work to do on Studio edition.

Just a simple question : why don't realeasing EclipseUML free edition with source and a free license as LGPL.

For omondo, it mean less work to do, a good community of programmer, many feature with no cost.

As Studio edition is an extended version of free edition, omondo can take advantage from feature of the free edition to ship a better and more powerfell product to theire customer with no cost. As they use code from free edition as librarie code.

The only drawback of this solution is that omondo won't have "full control" on the project, but this drawback can be eliminated with a modified free license.

So Why keeping absolutely the source of EclipseUml free edition ?
