Good Day,
I downloaded the Omondo Eclipse 3.0.1 plugin. On the deployment and component diagrams when you drag the items to a new location, sometimes the box is resized to zero heigh x zero width. You then need to use the remaining resize handle to fix the size. On the deployment diagrams this happens at least once for each component.

For me this happens close to always when I create a new class in class diagrams, I usually press command-z to undo and drag the item again then it works. Seems to be a bug. I'm using EclipseUML Studio under Mac OS X. If you're using Mac OS X as well this might be a platform specific bug.
