Hi.
After using JDK5 and JDK5_01, Eclipse always crashed after installing EclipseUML free, latest beta build from October 26th 2004.
The Error-Code says something about VM Crash. After uninstalling JDK5 an install of JDK1.4.2_05 it works fine again.
I had that problem on two computers, so I guess it wasn't some kind of computer-specific problem.
Can I use JDK5 somehow?

Just run Eclipse with a JRE 1.4.2 and then later on configure eclipse (Window->Preferences->Java->Installed JREs) to recognize the JDK5 and use it by default when running an application.
