Hi,

I have established a database connection to Oracle server, but when I want to reverse a Schema I get following error in log file

java.version=1.3.1_01
java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86, WS=win32, NL=sk_SK
Command-line arguments: -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86 -install file:E:/eclipse/
!ENTRY org.eclipse.ui 4 4 feb 16, 2004 12:36:42.938
!MESSAGE Unable to find Action Set: com.omondo.tools.actionSet
!ENTRY com.omondo.database 4 0 feb 16, 2004 12:40:14.502
!MESSAGE [[Error]] myambient.ods:4:12: The content of element type "database" is incomplete, it must match "(external-schema*,(table|view)+)".

What's wrong?

Hi,

Could you post on that forum the output on your Database Console when you try to reverse an Oracle Database ?

The output you found in your log file only means that your database schema is empty. This doesn't happen when your reverse a new Con
nection. However on an existing schema, your schema is parsed before reversing an existing connection.

Right-Click on your *.ods file->Database->Modification

The Connection informations are accessible. Your schema should have its Validate DTD attribute checked.

Uncheck it.

EclipseDatabase doesn't complain anymore about an empty schema.

Voilà.
