I am making different tries with different versions. In that moment I am trying to follow your indications with the free version and looked good when I saw the .uml folder and sent it in CVS. My colleague take the project from CVS and saw everything: classes, java files, .uml files and uml diagrams; but now he created a new diagram, he saved everything, I made a syncronization and I got the new .ulm files, the java and class files and the new diagram. But when I open the diagram the program asks me to select the classes that must be inside. I send you the screenshot. This can not be, even if I know what class corresponds to every diagram and I select them the associations are gone.
Oh, by the way, I sent you an email with another kind of question. I hope you got it.

About the problem commented in my last post, when I update the project from the CVS repository (I take de new files under .uml, the new .java and .ucd files too) if I try to open the .ucd file a window appears asking me for the objects to include in the diagram, that's a wrong behavior. But if I end eclipse and start it again, the .ucd file is shown right. I think this is a mistake in the plug-in; it shouldn't be necessary to restart eclipse each time I check out from CVS to see the ULM diagrams, right?

Xavier, your explanation was a GOD-SEND! I've been trying to figure out why my diagrams keep disappearing. After reading your messages I checked and my .uml directory was missing too. I recreated the diagrams and looked in the mapping.repository and the uml.repository and discovered that they were both riddled with my machine name, which means that my diagrams can only be seen and read from my machine. Fascinating! I hope this information helps somebody else in the future. Thanks.
