I ran into some issue playing with Eclipse M7, Omondo EE, and EMF. I assumed that Omondo EE early access for M6 would also work for M7:
Omondo UML
Enterprise Edition 0.8.5.20040227, early access for Eclipse 3.0M6 includes GEF 2.1.0 which requires plug-in "org.eclipse.platform (2.1.0)", or compatible. Eclipse M7 does not recognize GEF 2.1.0 or 2.1.2.
GEF
GEF 3.0 will be compatible with Eclipse 3.0 and mostly compatible with GEF 2.1. Development is in progress, no due date is stated on their website.
