Hello,

I am evaluating the Enterprise tool for possible adoption at a technical college and we need to have it generate documentation.

There is a section under the preferences that refers to the documentation templates, but I cannot figure out how to actually generate the doc?

Is there something that I am missing, or is this feature not fully implemented at this time?

Any guidance you can give me with regards to this poblem would be great.

Hello,

To generate the documentation, you have to be in the java perspective, then select the project or a package on the package browser then launch the documentation generation wizard through the button which should be enable in your toolbar.

The documentation allow for now to generate a javadoc-like documentation including the diagrams which are in the packages.

Soon, the dtd of the generated xml will be published so you'll be able to provide your own template for generating any kind of html documentation through xslt transformations (the javadoc-like is the first built-in template).
Also coming very soon, the auto-generation of class diagrams for each class and package, a better granularity for linking diagrams to classes in the documentation. A description will be associated to any diagram and any diagram element.
