Hello,
i use JDK 1.4.2_4 and Eclipse RC2
After successful download of the eclipseUML_3RC2_studioEdition-installer_1.0.0.20040615.jar
i started the jar file, the installer comes up and it look very good.
But there is no UML Propertysetting avalable and no Menüentry for the Java source files
So it looks something is wrong
Do you have any ideas?

Is that a question about our installer ?
Did you successfully installed our plugin on an Eclipse 3.0 RCx platform ?
Anyway, give us more details.

I successful installed the version on eclipse 3.0 RC2! No error during installation.
But no UML Menu in Eclipse not in drop down menu, and not in Preferences.
It looks like the installer forgot to insert the menu settings.
Windows 2K
Java 1.4.2_4
Eclipse 3.0RC2

Hi,
I have excactly the same problem (I guess). Just downloaded the latest version of the UML-Plguin (eclipseUML_21x_studioEdition-installer_1.0.0.20040614.jar) and the latest rc of eclipse (eclipse-platform-3.0RC2-linux-gtk.zip) and the corresponding jdt.
After installing eclipse I started it once to see if everything is running fine - it did. So I shut down eclipse, installed the UML plugin (without any error messages) and restarted eclipse.
When I check Help -> Aboute eclipse -> Plugin details I see a lot of omondo plugins. But I cannot find any functionality anywhere.

I have exactly the same probleme. No menu UML in the preference and i can see the all plugin's Omondo in the About Eclipse Menu.
Win XP Pro
Java 1.4.2_01
Eclipse 3.0RC2

Take a look on the EclipseUML Studio tag you downloaded.
21x is for Eclipse 2.1.x
3RC2 is for Eclipse 3.0 RCx

See my first posting i used the right one.
I would like try it again.
Is there something more what i have to check after uninstall EclipseUML.
some more properbly entrys to delete or something else
Is there any Log file from the installation what i can provide you?

Hi,
If you did a wrong installation of EclipseUML Studio on top of Eclipse 3.0, it appears that your current workspace is broken.
If you uninstall and install the correct version it doesn't work.
Restart eclipse on a new workspace and import the projects you are working on.
It should work fine.

After Reinstallation
it was working fine.
