I tried to delete association between 2 classes, but source code has not been removed, just association on the diagram. How can i synchronize diagram with source code during deleting an association (I'm using UML Plugin 1.2.1 version).

In this version, this feature is missing. You need delete your self all attributes and methods. Il will be resolved in the next build.
