The application of user-defined profile is available only in the Studio edition. The procedure is:
1. Right select a UML project in the package explorer
2. Call the "properties" menu
3. in the UML Profile pane, click on the button "add" on the right.
After you have confirmed this operation, you can edit the stereotypes defined in the profile in class diagram via the properties dialog.
