HI,
When i try to create a use case , or all of UML graphe, I am getting this message:
unable to instantiate editor: com.omondo.uml.emf.ClassDiagramEditor.ecd java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError : org/eclipse/gef/ui/rulersComposite
May someone help me to find a solution ?

It may be the Eclipse plugin activation issue. Try to delete /configuration folder and then restart eclipse.
